Baked fish croquettes
Ingredients:
- Cod (file) - 250 g
- Corn flakes (unsweetened) - 80 g
- Eggs - 1 pc .
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon for greasing the form
- Lemon - 1/2 piece. (about 60 g)
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
For the sauce:
- Mayonnaise - 60 g
- Fresh parsley - 5 branches
- Lemon peel - 1/2 tablespoon
Preparation:
Wash and dry the cod fillet. Cut into equal pieces.
Put salt, pepper and pour lemon juice on top (the peel is grated on a grater, it will be needed later) and vegetable oil.
Refrigerate the fish for 30 minutes. Grind the cornflakes with a blender.
Break the egg into a large cup.
Add water and mix well. Turn on the oven, heat it to 180 degrees.
Turn the fish croquettes in the flour on all sides, then in the egg.
Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil and place the fish croquettes.
Bake the fish at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Finely chop the lemon peel and parsley.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, lemon peel. Mix well. Serve the croquettes with this sauce immediately.
