Blackberry jam


 Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of sugar
  • 1 kg mure 
  • 1/2 vanilla stick 
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice   
  • 3 glasses apart

Preparation:

   Choose large, whole and well-ripened blackberries. Put the syrup to boil, at the first boil put 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, when it is well bound, add the blackberries. Continue cooking, add the rest of the lemon and vanilla. During cooking, always stir the pan. Put it in a cold jar.
