Baked pork steak


 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 goal of pork 
  • salt 
  • pepper  
  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic 

 Preparation:

Take a lump of pork or half, salt it, pepper it, rub it with garlic and leave it for an hour, then place it in the tray with a few tablespoons of water and put it in the oven.  
It is always sprinkled with the juice from the tray. 
 Keep in the oven until tender and browned. Cut into slices, place on a plate, and serve the sauce from the pan hot in the pan.  
Serve with french fries or sauerkraut. If it is served with potatoes, you can also serve red or pickled cabbage salad.
