Grilled lamb chops with garnish
Ingredients:
- 5 sheep chops
- 5 tomatoes
- 5 sheep kidneys
- 5 slices of smoked bacon
- 5 mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4-5 straw potatoes
- 300g tomato sauce
- salt
- pepper
- green parsley
Preparation:
The butter mixes well with the crushed garlic, with the finely chopped parsley, with the peeled tomatoes and cut into quarters. Then fry the mushrooms on the grill and keep in a warm, open oven.
Then grill the kidneys and place them next to the mushrooms, then grill the chops and bacon. On a large plate, place the chops with the slices of bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. Put the kidneys between the chops and the straw potatoes in the middle. Serve with tomato and garlic sauce.
