Lamb ribs and stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Lamb ribs approx. 2000 g
- Garlic 4-5 puppies
- Sea salt flavored with rosemary
- basil
- thyme
- basil approx. 2 teaspoons
- Freshly ground pepper
- Olive oil approx. 3 tbsp.
- Mustard 3 tbsp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Green onion 4 strands
- Green garlic 4 strands
- Blonde beer approx. 500 ml
- Semi-dry white wine approx. 350 ml
- Lemon 1 large piece.
- Mushroom mushrooms approx. 500 g
- Kaiser approx. 100 g
- Cheese approx. 100 g
- Thyme approx. 1 tablespoon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Preparation:
Portion the lamb ribs, season with salt and pepper and then place in a heat-resistant pan.
A homogeneous sauce is made from oil, mustard, beer, wine and spices, with which the ribs are greased.
Peel onions and garlic, finely chop and sprinkle over flavored ribs.
The mushrooms are cleaned and the stalks are removed, only the hats are kept for this preparation.
Put inside each mushroom hat, a little olive oil, diced bacon and
grated cheese.
Then they are placed around, around the flavored ribs, together with lemon slices, to obtain a sweet-sour aroma.
Cover the tray and cook for approx. 6 minutes on medium heat, approx. 180 degrees.
Then it is uncovered and left to bake, to catch the crust approx. 10 minutes on each side.
